Tours of the Thornton Quarry take place on the first Saturday of June and October. All guests must be 18 years old. Proceeds benefit the Thornton Historical Society. 

 

You may request reservations for the tour at any time by contacting quarrytourthorntonhs@gmail.com.  Please send your name, home address, phone number and e-mail address, as well as the number of tickets you would like. Reservations are kept on file by date received. First in, first out.  Tickets are not refundable.

 

We will have Quarry history booklets for sale the day of the tour, as well as T-shirts and other merchandise.
